Job Description

* Development of sourcing plans, savings targets and management of all supplier network sourcing strategies for specific trades
* Oversight of supplier coverage in JLL/Business Services Network business platforms.
* Knowledge of procurement best practices and standard operating procedures.
* Knowledge of Facility Management Trades for Hard/Soft Services in specific markets a plus
* Educate suppliers on working with Business Services Network and service contract management.
* Manage supplier screening process and work with suppliers to gain and maintain quality compliant status.
* Manage supplier quality delivery through established JLL tools and processes
* Perform due diligence on supplier base for execution of positive strategic outcomes
* Analyse Master Service Agreement (MSA) and identify applicable flow down language for inclusion in subcontractor contract templates.
* Identify unique MSA and client requirements for supplier protocols for specific Trades/Services
* Develop, customize and distribute supplier scope of work, communications, terms and conditions, and related documents necessary to on-board suppliers in JLL systems.
* Supply other work streams with essential vendor information to support business needs; Accounting, Operations, Provider Risk Compliance and Work Order systems set up.
* Provide guidance to support staff in matrix reporting environment to ensure key supplier deliverables are met.
* Source service providers on tight timelines to cover any account service gaps.
* Contribute new ideas and best practices to enhance the procurement functional area and the overall procurement process.
* Contribute functional area updates and budgets for new business proposals as requested.
* Lead internal and client calls to provide high level progress reports by functional area, provide highlights that may involve other functional areas, and raise red flags that will negatively impact operations
* Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
* Review and analyze spend, supplier rates, costs data to make effective business decisions.
* Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
* Participate in Supplier Performance review meetings, when requested, and manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.
* Develop and execute standardized RFP/bid/Contract Duties for specific trades.
* Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
* Understanding of Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with the standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
