We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fill a Business Manager position within our Agency team. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. Your Impact:

PGIM Real Estates Agency COO team supports the Agency CEO and Head of Production in business management, operations, and strategy. The Business Manager/Business Analyst will report directly to the Agency COO and will be focused primarily on business management, strategic initiatives, and operations. S/he will be a positive, proactive, and accountable leader who will ensure that the Agencys business management and operational framework are running effectively and efficiently. This role may be based in any U.S. PGIM Real Estate office with a strong preference for Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities Include:

* Assist Agency Leadership in development of strategic, business, and financial priorities and goals that provide positive impact to business unit health in form of growth and process efficiencies. Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and develop tools to measure and evaluate them.
* Support Agency Leadership in business management, including quarterly financial forecasting, revenue report reconciliation, and business health presentations to senior leaders.
* Support Agency Leadership in managing operations, including liaising with business risk, systems, legal, PGIM Real Estate Loan Services, and PGIM Real Estates US Debt & Ag COO Team.
* Design and implement business operating policies, processes, and long-term strategies that improve quality, increase automation, manage risk, and enhance client service.
* Provide meaningful and actionable analytic support for the benefit of the business unit including reporting and analyses of historical production data, sales goals, market condition & policy impact.
* Coordinate Agency Operational Risk meetings and work with cross-functional teams to identify potential obstacles and resolve key issues.
* Provide project management execution support to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope. Manage and drive special projects, as needed.

Your Required Skills:

* Bachelors degree required; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Energetic self-starter with desire to build a deep understanding of the agency lending business and learn all aspects of agencys business and operations. Experience with financial forecasts a plus.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing and managing deadlines; demonstrated proficiency in executing agendas aligned with business strategy.

Ability to manage ambiguity and propose workable solutions to challenging problems.

* Ability to develop processes that are flexible, adaptable and results oriented to achieve maximum efficiency; strong execution and follow through skills.
* Adaptable and flexible team player with an ability to build partnerships and influence across all levels of the organization, while providing a strong individual contribution.
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency in Visual basic a plus.
* Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when working on sensitive business and organizational issues; impeccable judgment to handle sensitive information.
