Position Overview

As a Business Analysis Manager - IT within PNC's Retail COO organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Kalamazoo, MI, Wilmington, DE or Brecksville, OH.

In this position you will be a senior leader on the credit card change delivery team. In this role you will lead teams of business analysts to solve for a better future state, while driving change in the current state through requirements, configuration, testing, coordination, and business impact assessments and implementations. You will work to optimize and improve upon the current state as well as jointly develop a roadmap between PNC Tech, Fiserv, TSYS and Card Change Delivery, you will be a tech liaison to gain buy-in and approval of what systems we use since we are the business owner, as well as be a liaison with product, operations, and technology to deliver change and support businesses. You will also work very closely with our vendors, managing vendor relationships and agreements used in the support of the credit card business so Fiserv, TSYS, Visa, Lockbox, Plastics, Statements, as well as driving improved vendor performance and strategic partnerships. You will also be a lead for our credit card integration as part of our acquisition of BBVA, as well as maintaining core credit card servicing platforms for day to day operations and changes.

Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for experienced leaders who have a background in managing large teams or analysts and developers who support systems and changes, somebody with a developer background with strong exposure to emerging technologies relevant to the credit card business, and somebody who has experience in leading large scale system conversions and transformation initiatives.

Job Description

* Directs in the collection and interpretation of client technical requirements in business processes and approaches.
* Leads business analysts in the collation and articulation of IT business requirements; ensures strategic alignment between IT and business functions.
* Communicates with key stakeholders on the establishment of IT project expectations and priorities, to support business processes.
* Consults on business cases, referring to the project's scope, objectives, budget, schedule and risk assessment, while considering how these aspects integrate with other IT business operations.
* Establishes IT project metrics and processes to ensure that all client requirements are fully met.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
