The Transformation Team

The Transformation team within Global Business Solutions is passionate about driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes and technology across the enterprise. We strive to be global strategic business partners, delivering world class transformational solutions. We operate as a global organization, supporting various functions including Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and a growing list of new business partnerships.

As a Member of the Team, You Will

* Work with and deploy leading technologies including SAP to support end-to-end business processes across Order to Deliver, Request to Pay and Record to Report

* Support the deployment of large-scale global SAP systems and business processes in associated implementation projects as well as smaller, faster innovative initiatives across the enterprise

* Collaborate with various partners across different business functions to identify, understand, and document business processes

* Partner with business counterparts across GM to define and document business requirements to enable industry and SAP best practices

* Participate in in technical reviews and lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet both functional and quality requirements

* Utilize the agile development methodology to manage the execution of transformations

* Develop process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills

* Contribute to global transformational projects, working closely with business subject matter experts

* Develop current state/future state process flows, write user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, assist with performing testing, support technology deployments, and perform hyper-care activities

Additional Job Description

Qualifications and Experience

* A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field

* 3+ years SAP experience in one of the following areas Order to Delivery, Request to Pay or Record to Report

* Demonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvements

* Demonstrated ability to work in an internal or external consulting role with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results

* Experience in evaluating financial drivers and assessing potential results of a project

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* This position may be filled with a mid-level ( The median level of salary compensation for this role is $88,667.0) OR this position may be filled with a Sr. Level candidate ( the median level of salary compensation for this role is $109,283.00)
