The primary objective of this role is managing Applications Technology Resiliency and Testing deliverables for Citis Institutional Clients Group as part of a Global ICG Continuity &Crisis Management Group. This may include but is not limited to BIA/BRP/Call Trees for Technology areas and coordination of application Volume or Flip Flop testing. In addition, the role may have program deliverables for Third Parties, FFIEC Appendix J, Application Recovery Plans, Application Recovery Capability reviews and any additional applications resiliency matters as necessary. The role also includes assessment of Technology Resiliency aspects of emerging technologies (Cloud Computing, Virtualization, RPA, and Block Chain).
Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance to Application Development and Support teams on CoB Testing Strategy and Compliance, leveraging current and emerging CoB technologies, to ensure CoB readiness
* Face off to senior management and technology control teams. Provide continuous test program monitoring, reporting and key program initiatives
* Liaison with the testing utility and provide oversight & support for end to end applications testing for datacenter tests, tech rooms tests, volume tests and supplier tests
* Ensure technology plans are updated and tested to meet program requirements.
* Manage and Advise Technology organizations on completion of Application Recovery Plans to comply with Citis standards and best practices
* Provide support with Clients Due Diligence Testing enquiries
* Provide Testing Evidence to Audit and Regulatory reviews
* Coordinate denial-of-access/Work Area Recovery tests and ensure compliance with corporate policy
* Project Management of key initiatives as defined by the ICG Continuity & Crisis Management and Global COB Operations
* Provide oversight for Corrective Action Plans includes ensuring implementation of remediation
* Manage end to end industry tests where required
* Provide end to end oversight for 3rd parties to ensure compliance with Citis 3rd party corporate program
* Provide support at the time of a disaster/event.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ Years of related Testing, Continuity of Business or Crisis Management experience
* Must have US work authorization, this position is not sponsoring visas
* Strong technology background/ production support experience a plus
* Professional manner and strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced user proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint a must)
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
* Strong time management skills
