Key responsibilities:
* Building a comprehensive understanding of the global ICG O&T expense base; tracking and reporting on the financial performance of the Organisation and being a trusted point of contact on finance related matters.
* Working with the various Business Management teams, providing insightful financial and business analyses and developing senior management reports, to track key operational metrics to help monitor performance, drive business decisions, and achieve goals.
* Participating in a range of processes to drive the Organisations global resource and location strategy; partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, Strategic Site contacts and all relevant parties towards achieving the Organisations hiring objectives.
* Working with EIO&T partners to keep track of CTI consumables, monitor / rationalize real estate costs and track / drive efficiencies of enterprise allocations / cost drivers.
* Providing robust analysis and interpretation of data, spotting trends and variances and providing business-focused reporting commentary.
* Producing regular and ad hoc high quality financial reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensuring the timely distribution of these against agreed SLAs and using appropriate dissemination channels.
* Undertaking operational reporting activities as required, e.g. the production of performance dashboards and scorecards used at all levels within the Organisation up to senior management.
* Tracking of financial and headcount targets (e.g. Travel and entertainment, Recruitment, Third Party expenses, productivity targets, headcount etc.) by which the various LOBs are managed.
* Building and maintaining strong partnerships and relationships with the various business office contacts, finance partners and other key ICG O&T partners.
* Working closely with the Business Unit Community on ad hoc compliance and regulatory driven activities.
* Facilitating various meetings including regular staff meetings, periodic business and finance reviews and other ad hoc activities as required.
* Managing ad hoc requirements in a highly pressurized and dynamic environment

Education:
* Educational Level: Bachelors Degree required
Skill requirements:
* 8-10 years of relevant business and financial management experience
* Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
* Experience with databases and information management
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
* Individual contributor with the ability to work with minimum supervision
* Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes
* Ability to remain calm and objective in a high-pressure environment
* Good level of planning and execution of medium range and long term strategic plans
* Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with business front office and global functions colleagues.
* Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organise findings and build presentations.
* Knowledge of Operation & Technology organisations, preferably within the financial services industry
