Citibank, N.A. seeks an Information Security Technical Lead Analyst for its New Castle, Delaware location.
Duties: Build, configure and manage the Infrastructure required to host Data Protection & Cryptography Infrastructure. Work with various stakeholders to create Infrastructure design and procure the required hardware and software, including: servers, security appliances, databases, firewall rules, and load balancers. Deploy and configure the applications across various DEV (Development), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), PROD (Production)/COB (Contingency/Continuity of Business) environments. Perform complete security assessments, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, and run business tests and application go live for end users. Provide Level 3 integration support for franchise critical security infrastructure. Collect application and information security requirements for internal and external applications and provide appropriate security solutions. Onboard the application into security infrastructure and providing the necessary support for the needed tests to be performed in lower environments such as DEV and UAT before migrating them into PROD for go live. Analyze requirements and recommend unique and scalable solutions as per architecture and technology requirements for each client application. Build and onboard applications with various Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). Analyze the business security requirements as per Federal Information Processing Standards and integrate them with the appropriate HSM models. Procure the required HSM from vendors, securely initialize and configure and setup across global data centers. Work with various business units in providing guidance and helping them with technical support including required SDK (Software Development Kit) based on the applications programming language and technical architecture, as well as provisioning the applications on HSMs and establishing secured connectivity for crypto processing and Key protection.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Information Security Analyst, Software Engineer, Consultant or related position involving development and implementation of information security technology infrastructure. 5 years of work experience must include: Public Key Infrastructure including Certificate Authorities including Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services and Entrust Authority Security Manger; Venafi Trust Protection Platform, Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager Certificate Management (FIM CM); Oracle and MS SQL Server; L3 support for franchise critical global security infrastructure including Infrastructure Security Risk assessments and remediations; Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Servers and desktop operating systems; and Writing complex SQL queries, scripts using C and Java programming languages and power shell and python scripting languages.
