Job Description

The Marketing Analyst will assist in executing the marketing strategy. To effectively succeed, this candidate will work collaboratively in partnership with key stakeholders across the business. The focus of this candidate will be on supporting strategies to create awareness and position CCB as a thought leader among our target, creating sales enablement tools for the banker population and creating visibility for CCB within Citi. This candidate will work to instill CCBs strategy, value proposition and product capabilities in a common way across all platforms and content to maximize visibility and maintain the integrity of the Commercial Bank and Citis brand, and maximize client and employee satisfaction, loyalty and retention for improved business results.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the execution of CCBs strategy for external marketing to clients to deepen wallet share and to drive revenue with prospective clients
* Assist in the execution on key marketing initiatives that amplify key CCB strategy and themes
* Coordinate with subject matter experts and client-facing teams to develop thought leadership content pieces that represent the Insights, Solutions and Network benefit of Citi Commercial Bank
* Assist in CCBs digital marketing roadmap planning and execution
* Manage the execution of toolkits designed to enable sales and optimize best practice marketing programs for replication
* Ongoing and coordinated management of marketing calendars and local budgets to ensure transparency
* Works in partnership with RMs to ensure that marketing is providing the proper tools to enable them in their sales practices
* Works in conjunction with legal, compliance and branding partners to ensure content, both existing or that which is to be developed, meets Citis standards and best portrays CCBs strategy, value proposition and product capabilities to their clients and prospective clients
* Maintain a master library of campaign assets, approvals and reporting

Qualifications:

* Understanding of basic Marketing principles, with a focus on digital and social media. Experience preferred
* A proactive approach in looking for ways to identify new marketing tactics and improve processes
* Passion for developing and delivering highly relevant and timely communications to our clients and prospective clients
* Working knowledge of standard MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Ability to cultivate information from a variety of sources to identify and document salient points and results
* Process and detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities at one time
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
* A self-starter, with positive/can-do approach who embraces change and is bold
