Job Description
AT&T Lead Market Development Manager is responsible for developing and marketing alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities. AT&T Lead Market Development manager addresses broadest and most complex problems of multiple disciplines within the business unit or divisions.
Roles and responsibilities of the AT&T Lead Market Development Manager include but not limited to the following:
Develop marketing alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities
Grow the number of alliances/partners to drive revenue growth, market coverage, and sales opportunities
Conduct market analysis, develop offer concepts, conduct financial analysis to identify impacts of alternative offers and pricing, present the optimal solution to leadership team
Implements short and long term strategies addressing opportunities to sell products through alliances/partnerships
Accountable to meet and exceed the overall revenue goal for assigned alliance/partner
Negotiates alliances with new partners
Provides direction to accomplish expense management and resource allocation based on market demands
Responsible for engaging and influencing alliance partners to execute agreement and associated strategy
Maintains ongoing assessment of alliance/partner needs, business drivers, and environment to guide ongoing alliance/partner development and execution
Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, and provides guidance to other personnel
Addresses broadest and most complex problems of multiple disciplines within the business unit or division
Required Skills and Experience
3 or more years of market development management experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a any Marketing discipline
Experience interfacing with internal and external clients and customers
Experience conducting market analysis, developing offer concepts, conducting financial analysis, identifying impacts of alternative offers and pricing; presenting solution to leadership team
Experience communicating offer and positioning strategy, competitive and marketplace assessments, and consequent offer and pricing recommendations to partner organizations
Desired Skills, Experience and Education
5 or more years of relevant market development experience within industry
Product marketing experience
Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferred
