The pace of change has never been greater or the stakes higher. Companies know where they want to go. They want to be more agile, quicker to react, and more effective. They want to deliver an exceptional customer experience (CX), take advantage of new technologies, improve quality and transparency, and build value. And yet, to effectively deliver on this vision requires a new approach to technology transformation. One comprehensive enough to account for crucial dependencies across the enterprise, synchronized with the business so that change delivers tangible value, and deliberate enough in developing a lightweight governance model that provides transparency, coordination, and tracks progress without inhibiting groups from iterating at speed.
The role of the Technology Transformation Specialist is to coordinate cross-functional activity and drive critical path delivery in support of Technologys multi-year Transformation Strategy. You will provide strategic leadership across large, architecturally complex change efforts, providing assurance that solution designs are fit for purpose and that Technologys transformation commitments are successfully delivered.
