Work Hours/Shift:

Full time

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Actively performs all pharmacy functions and maintains active proficiency
* Maintains operational proficiency to provide coverage
* Oversees appropriate utilization of medication automation, technology, and computer systems Accurately oversees the management of medication inventories and the preparation and dispensing of patientspecific medication doses
* Completes critical medication order scrutiny, drug profile review, and patient monitoring to identify, prevent, or mitigate medication-related problems

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

* High School Degree
* One year of Contemporary hospital pharmacy experience
* Registered Pharmacy Technician in their respective state

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and providing clinical pharmacy services directly to patients.
