Work Hours/Shift:
* Part Time/Days must be open to mornings, nights, weekends and 3rd shift
You Will Be Responsible For:
Greet and inform guests/visitors upon arrival at temperature check stations.
Perform temperature checks utilizing handheld infrared thermometer following approved process and maintaining safety and infection prevention processes including appropriate use of PPE.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills and communicate effectively with guests and onsite team to provide temperature rechecks when a guest/visitor arrives with an elevated temperature.
Provide compassionate and supportive communication techniques when guests/visitors display anxiety to proceed with temperature check process.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Customer Experience acumen and professionalism
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school graduate or equivalent
