Principal Duties:
Develops and communicates Export Coal’s business results and drivers for internal and external reporting.
Responsible for various ad hoc studies, presentations, and data requests, requiring data sourcing and analyses using internal and external systems.
Use industry knowledge to contribute to the development of volume and revenue forecasts and pricing strategy.
Ensure internal processes are working as designed in order to produce and protect a superior service product.
Assist in the contract compliance process as it relates to capacity management.
Assist in car management analyses to ensure right sizing of fleet.
Performs all administrative functions for Export Coal team including contract management and billing of ancillary charges.
