In this role, you will be responsible for strategic decision making on project delivery, roadmaps that describe how the portfolio of systems/solutions will effectively meet evolving business needs and align to support the IAM strategy. You will maintain knowledge of technology and industry trends that can provide more efficient and effective support for achieving the IAM strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing and presenting at an executive level to describe capability alignment with IAM objectives. You will be responsible for reporting on status/health of the projects that are within their capability, including all effort (e.g., pulling together updates from technical managers). You will be the primary IAM interface to assure alignment with business’ needs. You will partner closely with the various IAM capabilities to understand, prioritize, and describe demand, and serve as the interface in scheduling and sequencing delivery. You will understand the goals, strategies, and plans, as well as critical success factors for functional business partners. You will develop detailed requirements, document use-cases, as-is and to-be processes, and over-see user acceptance testing while assuring requirements traceability. You will have working knowledge of concepts of Lean and Agile.
For this role, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Owner experience. You will have 5 years of System Analyst or Product Owner experience. You will need to have experience in Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, passwordless, threat detection policies and Identity Governance. You will have strong analytical skills with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights. You will have experience in authentication IDaaS platforms such as Okta and knowledge in Microsoft Active Director, Relational databased, LDAP, etc. You’ll have knowledge and hands-on technical experience with SailPoint suite including: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Automated Provisioning Password Management.
