About This Role
We believe people should love what they do in this role, you will be responsible for:
A Material Handler - Expeditor utilizes Oracle, Solumina and eMatrix to performs a variety of administrative duties including electronically moving orders through process steps, issuing material from inventory, stock material, and closing job orders.
Responsibilities:
* Electronically processes operations within Oracle, including interim steps to allow work and closes orders that are complete.
* Puts away and picks materials to support production (PUTAWAY & PICKING PROCESS).
* Physically moves material between workstations, stocks shelves as parts are fabricated or assembled and picks parts for orders.
* Communicates to Inventory Control Rep material problems found on the Production floor (non-conforming material, lost parts, items routed incorrectly, etc).
* Support the Inventory Control Rep and Supervisor on special projects related to production management and provides status to appropriate team members.
* Works with Warehousing to ensure material or parts are delivered timely to prevent line stoppages.
* Ensures the timely physical movement of material between production and Warehousing.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
