Who You Are
Youre agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You are a strategic advisor for each Business Unit through close working relationships with business partners and act as an strategic interface between IT and Business Partners to stimulate, surface and shape demand. You serve as an advisor to business partners to shape their strategy with regard to technology and educate partners about IT processes, roles, products and capabilities. You develop methodologies and strategies using a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate analysis and communication between business and IT. You will have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively and help our business use data to drive high performance and quality. Lastly, you'll help simplify remote development work with Agile-based project management initiatives and enable better remote decision-making with a clear Data Enablement plan by leveraging leading industry Data Analytics tools.
More specifically:

* Youre a Salesforce professional that specializes in functional consultation, requirement gathering and portfolio management for large Service Cloud, Work.com and/or Platform projects.
* You are looking for a chance to shape the future of a new technology platform based on SFDC at a Fortune 200 company.
* You use your extensive experience with the Salesforce platform to translate architecture, features, data structure, and constraints to real world value and experiences.

You'll have:

* Consultative relationship management experience at all levels
* Extensive understanding of past and present Salesforce.com modules with a focus in one or more of the following products:
* Service Cloud
* Work.com
* Lightning Platform
* Service Center and/or Customer/Employee Experience functional acumen and experience
* Sound financial principles
* Budgeting
* Forecasting
* Demand Management
* Cost Modeling (CapEx/OpEx)
* Business case development experience including identifying service and experience metrics regarding performance, costs and solution benefits etc.
* Portfolio and Program Management
* A security, privacy and risk conscious mindset
* At least 2X SFDC Certified
* Admin Certification
* Platform App Builder Certification
* Service Cloud consultant (Preferred)

Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience, or
Graduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience

What Youll Do
As an Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist, youll be part of our Global IT team located remotely.
Specifically, youll:

* Act as the Employee Experience (SFDC) technology advisor and thought leader to a variety of business units across Stanley Black & Decker (SBD).
* Drive innovative IT solutions that engage employees from onboarding to exit.
* Lead IT transformation that drives employee engagement partnering with HR, Corporate Communications, Employee Health & Safety, Facilities and more.
* Partners with the Solution Delivery team to define requirements, technical architecture (alongside a Solution Architect), business process, prioritization, funding requirements, project size/scope/timeline etc.
* Influences and contributes to the overall IT enterprise architecture, IT strategy and IT roadmap spanning a wide variety of functional and technical areas.
* Represents IT within the BUs through a high degree of visibility, collaboration, public speaking, meeting leadership and communications.
* Assists the business to form/improve process and systems solutions that are appropriate and adequate to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs
* Ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication and managing escalation/risk.
* Participate in the quarterly forecasting and IT annual budgeting and planning process for the assigned business units, and track IT spend
* Keep up on industry trends and advancements both on the SFDC platform and beyond.
