Responsibilities:
* Entry of data quality & completeness
* Review of daily returned mail, track and monitor details
* Correct and update master data as needed with a thorough understanding of the rules and standards of master data maintenance
* Maintain and continually scrub for consistency and standardization of nomenclature
* Analyze data for mass maintenance, working with the dept manager and AR to identify errors and implement sustainable, long-term fixes
* Utilize excel templates to assist with mass maintenance requests, utilizing the most appropriate tool(s)
* Interact with branches and customers to ensure validity of master data updates
* Communicate data quality and completeness changes
* Assist with pricing, material, and other functional data uploads as needed
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma
* 3+ year of experience of SAP Master Data and understanding of the sales, distribution, and order management module in a service environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree
* Proficient computer skills
* Analyze Winshuttle scripts for correct upload into SAP
* Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment
* Execute multi-tasks in a timely manner
* Highly organized and able to take initiative
* Ability to problem-solve, analyze, troubleshoot, and make decisions
* Good Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
* Attention to detail with a clear understanding of master data functionality and sense of urgency for follow-through of resolution
* Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
* Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including pivot tables.
