Responsibilities:
* Follow daily start up routine to check drums of paint, operation of agitators and pressure gauges. Set position of spray guns for holesaw size and set timers to chart specifications. Start system at control console and monitor indicator lights.
* Move tubs of hole saws into position with hand lift truck and remove trays with overhead electric hoist. Return empty trays to pick up area.
* Perform daily maintenance functions to flush out paint lines, lubricate track and change air filters. Change spray nozzles as necessary and clean nozzles in solvent. Clean spindles by hand with abrasive pad on regular schedule.
* At loading, unloading station, remove painted holesaw from spindle and place in wooden tray. Place unpainted saw on spindle. Move painted product to the appropriate packaging IPK.
* Use viscometer and stop watch to check paint viscosity of new drum or in the analysis of painting
* Setup a number of automatic and manual boxing, blister and pad printing equipment.
* Retrieve packaging material form storage racks to load machinery and to assemble kits. Record usage of all material on traveler per ISO standards.
* Perform regular routine maintenance to the equipment and post information to maintenance log. Measure and record daily paint and ink usage.
* Detect and report defective material or equipment, unusual situations or other problems to supervisor. Maintain equipment and work area in a neat and orderly manner.
* Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed.

Demanding, fast-paced position resulting from deadline pressures, simultaneous competing demands and changing priorities.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of charts and specifications
* 1-2 years experience preferred
* Use of numbers including decimals
* Light physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling 5 to 25 pounds
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
