The Role: Product Manager, Documents and Transcripts

We are seeking a Product Manager to improve how our clients view and interact with documents and transcripts on the Market Intelligence desktop.

Grade (relevant for internal applicants only): 10A

The Location: Charlottesville, VA; Hyderabad, India; Manila, Philippines

The Team: The Product Management team works in close collaboration with internal divisions and teams Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Client Services, Content, and Technology to deliver tangible value to our customers around the globe.

The Impact: This Product Manager will play a critical role in executing and refining our product roadmap and will work with a diverse set of clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals.

Whats in it for you:

* You will be a key contributor to the product vision, capturing and prioritizing requirements; shaping the roadmap for MI desktop; and providing input for other platforms such as mobile and feeds

* You will be responsible for identifying trends in the market and working closely with clients and internal partners to identify and respond to meaningful developments

* You will work closely with our user experience, development, and quality assurance teams to deliver new capabilities to market

* You will have the opportunity to manage, mentor and coach an associate product manager

Responsibilities: As Product Manager, you are uniquely positioned to be the main point of contact and source of information for client requests. Your job is to create the best possible products for our client, including:

* Serving as product or project owner from concept through launch

* Collaborating on high-profile, high-impact deliverables for our next generation of document discovery

* Working with various internal and external stakeholders to build the roadmap for documents and transcripts

* Developing and executing on go-to-market strategies for product rollout/launch

* Become the subject matter expert on documents and transcripts, staying up to date on the latest trends in the market

What Were Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* 3+ years of product management experience working with Agile/Scrum

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to concisely and clearly summarize technical or complex issues

* Strong knowledge of global financial markets

* Customer-first and entrepreneurial mindset

* Technical literacy with a basic understanding of technology, languages and applications

* Deadline-motivated and strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* A professional, highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality, with the ability to work and thrive in a team environment

* Demonstrated ability to create and deliver complex solution including building platforms

* Demonstrable, directly related product development work experience. Familiarity with major data, research and analytics platforms like CIQ, Factset, or Refinitiv is a plus

* Excellent presentation skills. Ability to take on internal and external presentation responsibilities
