Sr. Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose: Works closely with the Program Manager and with various departments to meet program delivery goals. Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program.
Nature of Duties:
* Interacts with customers, inside sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
* Oracle Data Entry of Customer POs, Sales Orders, and RMA sales orders
* Process Credit and Rebills against sales orders
* Run Oracle Reports as requested
* Maintain Price Lists in Oracle
* Perform receiving in Oracle for material receipts
* Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program including maintaining backlog and forecast in MRP system.
* Works closely with the Program Manager and with various departments.
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Up to 2 years experience in customer service, order processing or equivalent experience
* Ability to follow oral and written guidelines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Oracle experience a plus
* Willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas
Pay - $15 - 19.50 per hour
