Job Description Directs and coordinates development and production activities of information systems department. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interacts with customers, members, vendors, other outside companies, associates and management. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes.
Consults with management to determine information requirements of management, to determine boundaries and priorities of new and existing projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions. Reviews project feasibility studies and establishes work standards.
Collaborates with software providers and other users to develop new communication methods. Researches and evaluates new and existing technology that may need to be implemented.
Prepares progress reports to inform management of project status and deviation from goals. Reviews information to ascertain costs and plan operating changes.
Participates in technical projects such as determining equipment specifications and developing requirements for specified applications. Develops programs from workflow charts or diagrams, considering factors such as computer storage capacity and speed, extent of peripheral equipment, and intended use of output data.
Confers with management to evaluate and promote and improve services.
Formulates and effectuates company policy with respect to information system functions by managing and using independent judgment and discretion. Works with management to develop reporting useful in the functional area decision making process. (Data Mining) Works with Corporate IT for new users, laptops, networking and network security. AS400 experience required. Plink, OMS, PNet, PMobile experience helpful.

Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent. 2-4 years experience in IT with progressive responsibility. Preferred Qualifications Degree preferred along with 4-6 years experience. PMP Certification preferred.
