As a Superintendent in Colorado you will contribute to our team by:

* Planning and implementing construction means and methods, schedules, productivity innovations, site logistics.
* Assist in the selection of field site personnel.
* Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, productivity.
* On-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
* Develop, monitor and execute the project construction plan and schedule.
* Supervise, train, coach and mentor field personnel.
* Organize and co-ordinate all subcontractor activities.
* Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition.
* Participate fully in health, safety, quality, and environmental processes.

What you will bring to the role:

* 10+ years experience as a lead Project Superintendent
* Experience on commercial construction building projects of $100M+
* Experience in self performed work is a plus
* College degree preferred but not required
* Candidates must be willing to relocate to project location

The salary range for this position is between $108,200 and $$129,900 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
