As Stable Value Product Director, youll play a key role in Pacific Lifes growth and long-term success by managing product management, underwriting & product development responsibilities for Stable Value. While joining the Stable Value team, youll contribute to Institutional Divisions core vision of being a leader in Institutional markets and providing value and financial security to our partners and participants through innovative institutional solutions and exceptional customer service.

How Youll Contribute -

* Product Management: Lead underwriting & Inforce management activities in coordination with key members of Stable Value team - Sales, Operations, Actuarial, Investment Compliance, Contracts, etc. to meet client needs and follow internal business processes
* Product Development:
* Launch, Establish & Grow Stable Value Product Development program product development initiatives from ideation to development to execution by collaborating with external parties (stable value managers, asset managers, administrators, external counsel etc.) & various internal parties (Sales or Business Development, Law, Actuarial, Finance, Investments, Technology, Operations etc.)
* Develop qualitative and quantitative frameworks to analyze and drive internal product decisions
* Business development:
* Create pitch decks that are customer centric and cater to the individual needs of potential partners
* Collaborate with Stable Value Sales Director to proactively source, build, negotiate and form strategic partnerships that create win-win opportunities
* Relationship management: Build strong relationships with internal partners and external partners
* Leadership & Team management Lead 1-2 associates; Support teams career development and personal growth objectives

Tech & Tools Youll Use
MS Office Suite, Salesforce or other CRM tools, Project management tools, Bloomberg terminal, Factset

Factors for Success

* 10+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
* Knowledge of and prior experience with Stable Value products (Synthetic GICs/Traditional GICs/ general account products)
* Prior experience involving Product development and Market development
* Prior experience managing people
* Ability to communicate & negotiate complex financial concepts and multi-party relationships
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal, written and communications skills
* Ability to think creatively and outside the box
* Passionate about technology and working in a fast-paced environment
* CFA and/or MBA preferred
