Dow Jones Product Strategy & Marketing team is responsible for managing product roadmap, collaborating on new product development, and developing product positioning, packaging and go-to-market strategy.

We equip the global sales team with:

* Timely, accurate and engaging presentations, sell sheets, templates and playbooks in order to drive revenue
* Maintain an organized arsenal and effective internal communication channels to deliver these tools and resources to the global sales team

* Manage marketing projects ranging from premiums and collateral to street team distribution and brand event logistics to help promote key products to agencies and clients.

Within this context, the Coordinator, Product Marketing will contribute to a team responsible for positioning, packaging, and collateral production for new and existing products and delivering those materials to sales.

The Coordinator, Product Marketing will add value to Dow Jones via the following core responsibilities:

Position, package, and produce collateral for WSJ | BGs Luxury & Lifestyle products with a heavy emphasis on growing the Consumer business while supporting the wider Luxury & Lifestyle sectorunder the direction of Manager, Product Marketing.

Generally, key outputs include:

* General presentations & sell sheets
* Internal and external marketing communications

* Training sessions (ensure Luxury & Lifestyle team is aware of and can speak to newly-rolled out products & opportunities)

Specifically:

* Working with manager to create core consumer narratives & keeping them up to date
* Sector GPs, Platform Overviews & one sheets

* Developing new opportunities & seasonal packages

* Product promotional efforts (B2C email, VP newsletter, magazine publisher comms, social asset sharing)

Success for this role will ultimately be measured by the Manager, Product Marketing, sales team and client satisfaction with product marketing knowledge, materials and services.

Youll Have:

* 1-3 years marketing experience
* An ability to articulate the value proposition for a product, service or offering thats complemented by formidable copywriting and storytelling

* A shrewd eye for data, analysis and insights (Excel basics)

* Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency, and the ability to keep projects moving

* Proficiency with G-Suite & Microsoft Office

* Adobe Creative Suite prowess (Intermediate)

* Strong familiarity with social and email channels

* e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, MailChimp, Salesforce/Pardot
