Mercer Digital is seeking candidates for the following position that can be based anywhere in the United States.

Workday Certified Recruiting / Talent Consultant

This position can be in our Dallas or Woodlands, TX office or remote/virtual for highly qualified candidates. Must be Workday Certified in Recruiting and/or Talent for this role regardless of location.

We will count on you to:

* Lead Workday Recruiting and/or Talent implementations with Medium and Large Enterprise clients
* Lead in design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
* Responsible for actively leading all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, through testing and deployment
* Depending on specialty, translate business requirements into Recruiting, Talent, or Advanced Compensation configuration
* Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
* Mentor / coach new and less experienced consultants
* Continue to learn and develop as a consultant and Workday practitioner; share your knowledge

We would like you to have:

* Workday Certified in Recruiting and/or Talent
* Workday Certified in Advanced Compensation and/or Learning is a plus
* Hands-on experience on multiple Workday Recruiting / Talent implementations.
* 3+ years of functional Workday implementation experience as a certified consultant with a Workday partner
* Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
