Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Accounts Payable, Finance and Accounting to join our Finance and Accounting organization.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and uploads as well as purchase order matching and reconciliation
* Processing of expense reports and monitoring of timecards to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements
* Verify transactions comply with the firm's policies and procedures
* Recognize, research, and recommend resolution of moderate to complex work assignments
Qualifications:
* Minimum five years of recent Accounts Payable experience with a Government Contractor
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college, university or equivalent experience
* Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint 7.0 accounts payable module is highly preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and Outlook
* Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
* Possess working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
