We are excited to announce we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!

The Project Manager, Patient Services Operations will manage the operational aspects of projects and programs. Will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices. A successful candidate must have experience documenting business processes and suggesting improvements. The position liaises with the cross-functional teams within the organization to drive the identification and delivery of solutions that support Patient Services Operations.

This role requires relationship management, business analysis, and project management skills as well as knowledge of various applications such as Salesforce.com, Veeva, Tableau, and Processes etc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Support the Director, Client Engagement with project activities to achieve quality deliverables and high customer value.
* During project initiation, collaborate with project sponsors to define objectives and resource managers for project staffing.
* Coordinate and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
* Leverage process improvement tools to streamline business processes.
* Drive the execution and delivery of solutions by managing cross-functional stakeholders including IT and Business functions.
* Provide project status updates leveraging weekly status reports, risk log, risk mitigation plan and project dashboards etc.
* Collaborate with project team to develop project timelines and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, etc.
* Collaborates with business stakeholders to define user acceptance criteria.
* Plans and drives user acceptance testing execution including engagement of business stakeholders and sign-off activities.
* Facilitate lessons learned/retrospective discussions
* Assures that all activities are performed in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client SOPs (if applicable).

Minimum requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required
* 5+ years Project Management or 5+ years as a Business Analyst
* Biotech/Life Science industry experience is preferred.
* Salesforce experience preferred.
* Knowledge and prior experience in Agile Scrum SDLC and release management preferred
* Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure
* Ability to quickly learn details of multiple IT systems, integrations and cloud applications
* Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability/experience in thinking at a high-level but have the ability to get into details
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the senior management level.
* 10% travel required
