RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively troubleshoot and repair facility and production mechanical equipment.
Install new or rebuilt machine parts.
Rebuild failed components.
Support installation of new systems and equipment.
Read and understand drawings, diagrams, schematics, OEM Manuals, and other manufacturer specifications.
Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with some electrical skills a plus.
OTHER NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to work additional and flexible hours (including weekends) as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Background: 5 years minimum of industrial field experience as a Multi-Disciplined Mechanical Technician.
Strong hands on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is a must, with some electrical skills a plus.
Must be able to work in a safe manner following all safety rules & regulations.
Experience in a corrugated box plant a plus.
Must have own tools - industry specific tools supplied.
Pay rate range will be based upon skill level and service experience. There is great potential for future promotional opportunities based upon performance and demonstrated skills.
Candidates selected for further processing will be required to complete a computerized battery of tests on job-related skills, a panel interview, background check, drug screen, and pre-employment health assessment.
