The role of the Unit Secretary is to assist the nursing staff by providing efficient clerical and other duties under the direction of the Charge Nurse, RN, LPN and the Clinical Manager. The Unit Secretary provides administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of this facility. The Unit Secretary on this unit assists in providing care to the patients as directed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Previous experience preferred.
* Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required on all nursing clinical units
* Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
