The Environmental Services Assistant II provides employee training, development and motivation for the assigned shift of the housekeeping staff. Provides clear written and verbal directives in a pleasant, professional tone. Employs excellent observation and listening skills. Assists in performance improvement process. Ensures compliance with policy and procedures in a timely, cooperative and courteous customer oriented manner.

Qualifications

* High school or GED preferred, not required.
* 1-3 years experience
* Verbal, interpersonal, customer relation skills, and ability to follow verbal instructions
