The Pharmacy Tech Handler is responsible for ensuring that all product that enters or leaves the pharmacy does so in an organized, timely and efficient manner and under proper storage and labeling conditions. They will be the lead on all shipping and receiving activities. Responsible for supervising daily operations to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and all product is shipped in accordance with warehouse schedule and pharmacy policies and procedures. Receiving lead functions include making sure that all product is received appropriately and put away in a timely fashion.

In this role, you will:

Ensure proper packaging, labeling of hospital pharmaceutical orders

Process, pick, pack, and stage all customer orders when needed

Ensure all shipments are labeled correctly

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Performing basic mathematical calculations

1 year of distribution experience required

Technician certification preferred within 2 years of hire preferred
