As the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee various clinical programs to ensure optimal and efficient clinical processes. By serving as the liaison for schools of pharmacy, you will also provide oversight to the facilitys residency program. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will rotate between the two campuses of CJW Medical Center: Chippenham Hospital and Johnston-Willis Hospital.

* You will serve as a primary preceptor of pharmacy students and/or residents and fulfill documentation requirements.
* Actively participating in the orientation and onboarding process, you will provide competency training, assessments and performance evaluations of new employees.
* You will review and assess operational and clinical process improvements to maximize clinical productivity.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelors or Doctorate degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
* Licensed Pharmacist through the Virginia Board of Health Professions
* Completion of three (3) years of hospital pharmacy experience or an ASHP accredited residency or fellowship program
* Previous pharmacy leadership experience preferred

HOURS

* Full Time / Salaried Position
* 40(+) hours per week
