The Sterile Tech II position is responsible for preparing equipment and instruments for re-use by decontamination, sterilization and storage. Distributes supplies and assists in collection of supply charges. Promotes the values of

Qualifications - External
Licensure/Certification:
CRCST or equivalent certification preferred.
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Prefer experience in Sterile Processing, Materials Management, or Nursing with knowledge of Sterile Processing Techniques. Has frequent interaction with physicians, nursing staff, ancillary departments, patients and their families. Must have the sensitivity, maturity, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
