Mobility Product Manager

What youll be able to do:

* Collaborate with Crossfunctional teams including product owners to understand product vision and break it down into a measurable backlog of user stories.
* Help product owners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering value through careful and deliberate prioritization.
* Lead the balanced product team with feature ideation prioritization, planning, and delivery of software features that demonstrate value.
* Work with design resources (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the development team.
* Knowledge share and mentor others to collectively move the team forward in with Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking principles; innovate and iterate on PM processes
* Celebrate product accomplishments and communicate success stories
* Conduct and support product experiments, user interviews and other validation techniques to gather feedback and product insights

The minimum requirements we seek:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
* 3+ years of Product Management experience

Our preferred requirements:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration
* Previous success working within an agile development team.
* Highly effective in working with other technical experts, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers and business partners
* Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs
* Experience articulating and validating product hypotheses
* Experience collaborating with engineers and designers as part of co-located teams
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to teach others.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience
* Ability to work collaboratively and navigate sophisticated decision making in a constantly evolving environment
* Experience in cultivating a strong engineering culture in an iterative, agile environment
