Your Role and Responsibilities
The Global Services, Supply Chain Ops Technician is challenged with receiving order shipments, building and installation of systems into racks, and preparing those systems among other orders to be shipped to their ending destination. The team also assists with the various other projects and duties that may arise.We are looking for individuals with experience in computer hardware identification, inventory processes, as well as shipping and receiving.If you are a person who seeks responsibility, thrives when empowered, and understands the importance of personal accountability, then we would like to talk with you. Responsibilities:

* Computer hardware component identification
* Entering information into data base
* Enter tracking information into data base
* Verification of proper shipment & the tracking of new inbound shipments
* Handling of outbound shipments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Computer hardware component identification
* Enter hardware tracking information into data base
* Verification of proper shipment & the tracking of new inbound shipments
* Troubleshooting servers and workstations and various hardware components
* May be required to lift up to and possibly more than 50 lbs. (~23 kg.)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Ability and willingness to accept and complete task with a painstaking attention to detail
* Focused work ethic in a team environment
* Must be able to stand for long durations
* Some inventory control experience preferred
* Must have a valid license to drive
* Bachelor's Degree
