This role is located ONSITE (after covid) in Austin, TX.
There is no relocation offered and no remote option (post covid).

The mission of the Salesforce Platform Administrator is to be a key contributor on a dynamic team that supports the IBM Salesforce system for external and internal users with the goal of ensuring the clients success in the system.

What youll do:
* Support clients and internal users on Salesforce Service Cloud
* Configure changes and customization in Salesforce Service Cloud
* Troubleshoot and fix client reported issues
* Document issue progress and resolution
* Communicate with clients via email/cases to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Update our Knowledge Base with key information
* Interface with product development teams while working in a newly renovated Agile space in IBM Austin
* You will be self-motivated and self-managed with a demonstrated analytical ability and curiosity
* You will learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* A minimum of 2 plus years of Salesforce System Administration
* Experienced in troubleshooting technical issues
* Experienced supporting end users with technical issues

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Certified Salesforce System Administrator
* Experience with Copado or some other Salesforce deployment tool
