What will I be doing?
As an Email + Mobile Marketing Manager, you will be the Champion of Possibility for personalized marketing campaigns that will drive engagement and grow customer loyalty for all Hilton brands. We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious, creative, and innovative team member who dreams to think beyond the day-to-day and envision what could be. Also, you will partner with the larger Email + Mobile Marketing team to develop, test, and execute email and personalization campaigns, as well as provide leadership for our analyst-level team members and make strategic contributions to our processes and channel roadmaps.
More specifically, you will:
* Lead regionally dispersed team-members with a balance of strength and heart, helping to mentor and develop them against their personal and team-related goals.
* Build, segment, target, track, test, and deploy personalized campaigns using a large Email Service Provider (ESP).
* Apply creative improvements to the design, process, or technical challenges related to email and mobile messaging and enhancement projects in partnership with our Capabilities team counterparts.
* Effectively manage project-level work from inception through to execution, with consistent communication up, out, and down.
* Lead cross-vehicle improvement initiatives, including template enhancement and process optimizations in an ongoing manner.
* Design and code within an email platform.
* Develop positive relationships with outside vendors, internal constituents, other departments to support open communication and ensure goals remain aligned.
* Work autonomously and with teams to execute campaigns on time, with quality, ultimately improving processes and supporting team culture.
* Independently pull and apply campaign performance insights to help drive channel optimization.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
* Five (5) years of professional experience
* Skilled in HTML and coding for email
* Skilled with Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver
* Understanding of channel performance indicators
* Proven track record of leading a team directly and/or sideline partners
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
* Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
* Working knowledge of Digital cheetah
