The Co-Founder Team Associate is apart of the g-works organization, which is an internal start up accelerator that discovers and builds new business in high growth spaces. G-works employees work in ways that are not "business as usual," challenging themselves and each other, using entrepreneurial skills and an experimental mindset to get to the commercial truth about disruptive market opportunities. This will be a test and learn environment, with rapid experimentation to validate or invalidate assumptions.

The Co-Founder Associates lead project management tasks and assist with tracking, managing, and executing new products/business strategies created by Co-founder teams. They work closely with the Entrepreneur In Residence to enable Co-Founders to create, build, and launch new products/businesses that accelerate our enterprise growth initiatives. Seeking someone who is highly collaborative and passionate about role modeling an entrepreneurial mindset and approach.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Lead executional project management tasks (timeline, key experimentation dates, product market fit and commercialization dates, team meetings)
* Partners with the Entrepreneur In Residence to manage the Co-Founder's goals in each phase of validate and build. This could include preparing materials, scheduling trainings, etc.
* Own budget management and tracking (burn rate, tracking learning, development costs, test/experimentation costs)
* Navigates the g-works organization, Experimentation Lab, and external partners to secure people and their time to advance co-founders' timelines
* Manage logistics of experiments (compliance of test project deadlines and test protocols, track and report monthly product status, etc.)
* Ensure full team has performance data/summaries, gleans implications from data and reports
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of all test, data, and reports in Sharepoint, Slack, and trackers
* Actively participate in team meetings (daily stands up, weekly working sessions, research debriefs, pivot sessions, etc.)
* Execute elements of innovation, brand, sales and/or business model ideas as assigned by Co-Founders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree
* 2+ years of experience post-undergrad
* Highly motivated and action-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Project management

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to influence others without formal authority
* Highly adaptable to new methods and ways of working, highly collaborative putting team results over personal gain
* Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation, high comfort operating in ambiguous and unregimented environments
