Job Description

The Facebook General Litigation team is looking for a talented, driven and highly organized professional to manage a wide range of litigation- and department-related clerical, technical, and strategic projects, including those related to case material management, case tracking, metrics and trend reports, various coordination activities, litigation support, and team projects and presentations. This person should have an ability to organize large amounts of sensitive material and work with internal and external stakeholders to keep case materials up-to-date and case and team projects moving forward. The ideal candidate should exhibit the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, project management and keen judgment for prioritization and execution in a fast-paced environment. This role will be focused on driving case material organization across the General Litigation team, work with internal and external partners, managing a case management system, creating overall case tracking and metrics reports, and helping on special strategic projects and litigation logistics.

Litigation Project Manager Responsibilities

* Organize, manage and update case management system

* Organize, manage and update case materials

* Provide litigation and internal project support to General Litigation team, including managing coordination tasks between external and internal partners

* Act as General Litigation point of contact for administrative projects involving internal and external partners

Minimum Qualifications

* 3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, or similar experience

* Organization experience and attention to detail

* Client service experience

* Experience working independently on day-to-day work

* Experience with MS Office applications and G Suite

* Experience working in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Litigation experience

* Experience with IPfolio or other case management software platforms

* Project management experience

* Knowledge or curiosity about the law

* Experience creating creative and powerful slide presentations
