Job Description

The Supply Chain Solutions & Operations Program Management team provides program management, business planning and design, and implementation of and continuous improvements to business processes supporting all aspects of the SOE organization. The Project Specialist will support the broader SOE organization, working with the project management team, focusing on project administration and documentation. The main activities for this position consist of assisting program managers, supply chain architects, and other cross functional partners in planning and executing the details necessary for a flawless program experience.

Project Specialist Responsibilities

* Drive sub work streams of programs or stand-alone projects.

* Partner to create process documentation and workflows supporting program managers, supply chain managers, and change management.

* Understanding stakeholder processes, identify improvements/gaps, and translate those to business requirements.

* Prepare incident details/root cause analysis for post-mortem incident reviews.

* Identify, document, and bring inconsistencies and problems to the program team.

* Review information, metrics, and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results.

* Maintain a complete understanding of cross functional policies and processes.

* Support communication and change management related activities.

Minimum Qualifications

* 1+ years experience in project management or business/project analysis.

* Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative.

* Communication and presentation creation experience with and across a variety of audiences and stakeholders.

* Demonstrated data-driven approach.

* Experience developing and documenting procedures and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

* Supply Chain business processes knowledge (e.g. plan, source, make/deliver, deploy) and related support functions, such as Master Data Management or Product Lifecycle Management, in a high-tech environment.

* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Financial Management or similar relevant field.
