Senior Manager, Worldwide Congress Content

* Responsible for execution of Content at a Congress, adhering to core brand strategy and messaging

* Lead review of content/materials for Congress with WW medical, legal and in-market (local) regulatory

* Identify process simplification to increase efficiency

* Leads and executes coordination with Exhibits Manager and Congress Business Partner to execute content in exhibit booth

* Demonstrates expertise in scientific data validation for booth displays

* Engages creative agencies to develop booth materials (Brochures, panels, electronic murals, etc.)

* Manage production of content materials and approval through PREP, according to required timelines and local requirements

Capabilities Needed for Success:

* 3+ years Pharmaceutical marketing experience required

* Experience leading content review through PREP (medical, legal and regulatory review process)

* Demonstrated complex Project management skills with strict adherence to timelines

* Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate effectively across a virtual, cross-functional matrix, while building and maintaining relationships

* Proven strength at communicating effectively across global audiences

* Proven ability to balance multiple priorities work in ambiguity with often quick changes to execution direction

* Demonstrated Customer Focus across internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Worldwide Brand & Medical Team, Legal and Compliance, and external HCPs)

* Demonstrated Innovation mindset (simplification - doing things better, faster and more cost effectively)
