Sr. Subro Specialist

Starting Pay: Based on education & experience
Hours of Operation: Monday Friday 8am-5pm
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering arbitration responses timely and accurately.
File Applicant arbitrations to add to subrogation collections.
Handle all arbitration correspondence.
Pay adverse decisions promptly and address Post Decision Inquiries when applicable.
Maintain metrics of filing a minimum average of 3 arbitrations per day
Compile subrogation demands in a timely manner
Negotiate all subrogation claims in a proactive, fair, and reasonable manner
Run daily report to review and work claims assigned
Ensure integrity of investigation by getting complete and accurate data
Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Traits
Bachelors degree and/or 3-5 years as a liability adjuster/subrogation specialist or equivalent work experience
Must have superior communication, problem-solving, and writing skills
Be detail oriented, possess excellent planning and organization skills, and manage deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills.
Bilingual English & Spanish Preferred
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent spreadsheet, analysis and reporting ability
Prior Adjusting/ collections knowledge preferred
Must be able to obtain TX adjusting license
Experienced with tort and collection laws in Texas, Florida and California
