DISH supports 130+ In-Home Services (IHS) facilities that deliver service solutions to customers in every zip code, across the entire country. In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning with your business partners to help drive DISH’s mission and vision. You will support the IHS leadership team from frontline supervisors to the Regional Director in leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, workforce planning, recruiting, diversity and inclusion efforts, as well as day-to-day HR functions.

High-level job responsibilities:

As part of this team, you will support and enable DISH’s innovations with your unique skill sets.

Day-to-day job responsibilities:

Serves as an ambassador for HR strategies, philosophies, and initiatives within the organization.  
Develops productive working partnerships with business partners, and advises management of risks associated with current business practices. Recommends improvements by providing expertise to management in local, state, and federal employment laws.  
Conducts employee exit interviews and round table sessions, facilitates protected leave requests, leads regular benefits training, and assists with maintaining employee files.
Manages employee investigations and promptly reports any compliance related concerns and works through appropriate resolution.
Coaches management on human resources objectives including regulatory compliance training, policy and procedures training and corporate communication initiatives.
Provides input and feedback as appropriate for Talent Planning and Performance Appraisal purposes.
Works independently on objectives. Receives very little supervision and is able to schedule priorities independently according to business needs.  
Ensures that human resources needs are met in a timely manner at all times. Is responsible for providing the highest level of service and accessibility to the managers and employees of DISH.

High-level qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; and 2+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
