As the Senior Windows Engineer, you will ensure the workstation environment is properly administered including patching, corporate image standards, software package creation and deployment. What youll do on a typical day:

* Maintain central client management system and ensure operability of all Supply Chain endpoints
* Manage endpoints via SCCM, Jamf, Chrome Enterprise, G-Suite and Group Policy
* Assist with Infrastructure related projects
* Own and maintain hardware and software standards including image, applications and supported workstations
* Provide endpoint metrics and reporting
* Provide Tier 3 advanced support for high-level and complex endpoint issues
* Research, design, recommend and implement new technologies
* Manage Active Directory and Group Policy for workstations
* Manage workstation centric changes and represent End-User computing in the Change Advisory Board

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 2 years of image sequencing, testing and deployment experience
* Strong Windows performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
* Demonstrable knowledge of SCCM, Windows, Chrome and iOS operating systems
* Knowledge of DNS, WINS and DHCP
* Knowledge of hardware maintenance and installation

Itd be great if you also have:

* Bachelors degree or substantial relevant experience
* 5 years of Windows system management in a Fortune 500 company
* Microsoft certification or course work (MCSE/MCITP/SCCM)
* Experience in engineering endpoint solutions and enterprise rollout of solutions
