World Fuel Services is a diverse energy management, green energy and global fuel logistics Fortune 100 company headquartered in Miami FL. Were seeking a cohort of highly motivated Developers and Business Analysts for our 2021 IT summer internship program. The program gives students the opportunity to a cutting-edge team in an Agile environment.

Were driving innovation by focusing on Global Data Networks, Cloud, Robotics and Infrastructure. Assignments will be in one of the following areas:

* Software development (.Net/Java/Angular/Springboot, iOS, and/or ASP.NET MVC)
* Business analysis (Scrum Master, Iteration Lead)
* Cloud programming
* AI/ML programming (Python)
* Data Analytics

During the program, interns will get exposure to senior IT Leadership and will have the opportunity to present their internship project outcomes at the end of the summer.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Students currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or related degree program with a graduation completion date of Fall 2021 or Spring 2022.
* Some experience in software programming: Java/Angular/Python/JavaScript/HTML/CSS or other Object Oriented programming experience.
* Understanding of information technology; including hardware, O/S, database technologies, middle-ware, micro-serviced application architecture and Continuous Delivery.
* Understanding of business fundamentals.

* Eagerness and passion to learn.
* High level of motivation and drive.
* Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Work under minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic, changing environment.
* Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
* Must be a creative and innovative thinker.
* Must be able to commit to working at least 30 hours a week.
