We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join the COO Technology group for Wells Fargo & Company. As a member of the COO Technology team, you will have the opportunity to work with business partners impacting all areas of the bank, and with technology professionals both in the US and India.
The COO Engineering Manager role will have senior level responsibility specifically leading end to end technology delivery to the Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) group with the COO. This position will serve as a key senior manager on the CTO leadership team and will play a critical role in executing against the REVS technology strategy through development of new or enhanced applications, compliance of systems to all regulatory requirements, and the day to day operations of mission critical REVS technology applications. Success in this role requires managing and/or leveraging a set of critical services (e.g. PMO, Application Architects, QA, Platform Management) to continually evolve and improve technology delivery.
The leader will have direct accountability for a portfolio of technology solutions, inclusive of third-party hosted and internally engineered solutions. The leader will provide oversight to ensure successful delivery of a large book of technology work supporting REVS and the COO, requiring that the leader partner across the Wells Fargo Technology organization leveraging the power of data, modern technologies, and artificial intelligence to drive transformational outcomes. The successful candidate will partner closely with REVS leadership, peers within COO Technology, Technology Architecture and multiple onshore and offshore scrum teams to enhance and support the technology platforms supporting Real Estate Valuation Services.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of technology engineering experience
* 4+ years of leadership and people management experience in a technology environment
* 5 + years of experience managing application development teams
* 5+ years of software engineering and implementation experience
* 5+ years of technology vendor management experience including hardware, software or professional services
Desired Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies
* 4+ years of Agile experience
* Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
* Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners
* Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
* Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology roadmap development
* Knowledge and understanding of credit risk management
* Knowledge and understanding of real estate valuations and titles
* A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
Other Desired Qualifications
* 1+ year of build-deploy automation and configuration experience within the Linux and Unix environment
