Responsibilities
Center for Change is seeking an energetic and highly-organized full-time Unit Medical Assistant to facilitate communication needs between the clinical units, medical staff, and ancillary departments throughout the hospital by performing a broad range of clerical and administrative support activities. Center for Change is one of the most highly respected treatment facilities in the United States dedicated to helping women recover from eating disorders.
Qualifications
* Experience interacting with the public
* Basic knowledge of medical office terminology
* General knowledge of office equipment (copy & fax machines)
* Experience using MS Word (version 10), Excel, and Outlook E-mail
* Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Previous experience as a medical assistant or secretary preferred
