This role has diverse responsibilities, driving the implementation of new features and functions into the OptumRx instance of ServiceNow to meet the needs of the business. The Capability Manager will partner with business teams and technical resources to define and manage ServiceNow development projects using Agile approaches. You'll make presentations to stakeholders on project scope, benefits, status and expected results, while ensuring projects are completed on time and in scope.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Gather business needs, evaluate for fit/value, and drive to completion
* Compose user stories, guide developers, UAT test and manage user roll-out
* Diagram and evaluate existing processes; interpret into ServiceNow requirements and solutions
* Utilize sandbox environment to understand system functionality and create mockups of new functions
* Create demos, Visio process flows, PowerPoint presentations and other documents to better communicate the project and its deliverables
* Utilize good project management processes including set up of regular meetings, providing meeting notes and frequent status updates to project, demand and stories
* Ensures details are properly documented and managed for project success
* Troubleshooting issues and assisting users with general ServiceNow questions and support

Required Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of experience bringing software development projects from conception through go-live
* 2+ years of experience writing Agile stories
* Experience creating and delivering presentations on complex topics to stakeholder audiences
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years with ServiceNow Agile module
* ServiceNow Administrator certification
* Knowledge of PBM operations
* Ability to successfully manage and execute in situations with high levels of ambiguity
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
