Summary
We are seeking a talented Sales Enablement professional for our Clinical Trials Division commercial team. In this newly created position, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by providing technical expertise and strategic insights to the commercial organization. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Solutions, this role will partner with sales executives and quoting teams leveraging our solution engineering process to provide support on study design, packaging solutions, project timelines, and quote development/review. The primary goal is to support new business and new client acquisition while accelerating quote RFT, sales cycle times, and competitive win rates.

Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise, solutions, and support for Business Development and selling activities, such as Request for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Timeline/Gantt requests
* Ensure quote design and content is accurate and comprehensive to drive quoting RFT while minimizing requotes and adjustments
* Help ensure a smooth transition from the sales team to the operations team/site, especially on complex and/or critical programs
* Coordinate with sales team, engage with customers to provide solutions, build confidence in our capabilities, resolve issue, and build relationships
* Participate in customer meetings (where appropriate) as subject matter expert to support introductory meetings, technical discussions, bid defenses, and program kick-offs as directed by leadership
* Measure impact of customer engagement through commercial metrics including, but not limited to quote right first time, win rates and cycle time
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor2019s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a college or university. (preferably in business or the sciences)
* Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical trials (pharma and/or biotech), ideally working across global business units and providing solutions to complex study set-ups
* Capable of managing interactions and communications with multiple clients, ensuring timely follow-up
* Must be able to work under pressure, with tight timelines, on multiple urgent/expedited projects in a professional manner
* Strong technical skills and experience in clinical trial marketplace
Preferred Qualifications
* 3-5+ years plus in client support roles specific to clinical trials
* 3-5 years of experience coordinating with commercial teams, ideally in a technical or solutions support capacity
