Must Have Requirements
* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field with 10 or more years of work experience.
* Should have 5 or more years of work experience as a Product owner/Testing Lead
* Should have 8 or more years of work experience in NGS and bioinformatics software products
* Should have 5 years or more work experience in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, Excel
* Should have 10 or more years of work experience in software engineering and its methodologies
* Prior In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
* Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
* Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
* Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
* Manages Product backlogs and works closely with Development leads to prioritize the feature list for the release
* Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
* Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
* A subject matter expert with the NGS bioinformatics software background.
* Participates and gathers VOC from internal and external customers.
* Creates and updates EPICs for the functional aspect of the system.
* Review2019s software features on regular basis to ensure there is no requirement miss.
* Leads internal/external software demos with feature owners and responsible for tracking demo feedback through JIRA tickets
* Responsible for gap assessments and driving feature improvements and designs
* Works closely with the UX expert to generate the functional mockups for the features.
* Creates & updates PSD, PRD and helps in reviewing user guides
* Review test plans and test reports
